We are happy to accept returns should you not be satisfied with our products. We must receive notification of returns within 14 days and items must be returned unworn and in the condition received, including packaging within 30 days in line with our total satisfaction policy. How long does a bespoke piece take to make?

Each bespoke commission is unique so the design and craftsmanship time can vary depending on the complexity of the piece. On average the design process and stone-sourcing takes 4 – 6 weeks and the production of your piece 6 – 8 weeks. We will always tell you the approximate lead time on any bespoke piece.
