We are happy to accept returns should you not be satisfied with our products. We must receive notification of returns within 14 days and items must be returned unworn and in the condition received, including packaging within 30 days in line with our total satisfaction policy. We offer free returns for both local and international sales subject to certain conditions.

The option to collect your online purchase from our showroom, allows you to make an order online and collect it directly from 5 West Halkin Street, SW1X 8JA, London. Upon purchase your dedicated sales representative will be in touch to arrange your collection date and time. Our showroom is open Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm.
All Elizabeth Gage jewellery is designed by Elizabeth and made by hand here in Britain. .
Each bespoke commission is unique so the design and craftsmanship time can vary depending on the complexity of the piece. On average the design process and stone-sourcing takes 4 – 6 weeks and the production of your piece 6 – 8 weeks. We will always tell you the approximate lead time on any bespoke piece.
We offer a full customisation service to allow you to personalise your Elizabeth Gage piece. This includes engraving, changing the colour and type of stones and metal or adding extra stones.
