A gorgeous pair of 18ct yellow gold Persian Queen earrings featuring round faceted blue topaz set in a gold surround decorated with twelve round brilliant cut diamonds with granulation detail and a round brilliant cut diamond set to the top in a square plinth with three gold beads. The earrings have clip fittings.
