Silver Medal with Agate Necklace

A sensational necklace comprising of six twisted strands of faceted agate beads. The necklace features two 18ct yellow gold molten gold hooks from which is suspended a silver medal from the Union of England and Scotland 1707 by J Croker. On the front is a British shield within the garter, crowned upon a pedestal inscribed with the double cipher of AR, supported by a lion and unicorn and on the back is a beautiful portrait of crowned and draped bust of Anne (1702 - 1712).
